William Bergesch is currently an associate at the firm handling Commercial Litigation.
Prior to joining Rogers, Habas & Eisen, P.C., he served as a pro bono judicial law clerk for the Honorable Doris Ling-Cohan on the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Term, First Department. Will practiced for a few years at a litigation boutique in midtown Manhattan, litigating commercial disputes, including securities disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the National Futures Association (NFA), and other SROs. As a result, Will has experience representing both claimants and defendants in various forms of securities and futures disputes, as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.
Will received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and has been admitted to practice in New York State since 2017. He received his Bachelor of Arts also from Fordham University in History and Philosophy.
