Biography
Adam P. Briskin focuses his practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, suppliers, and owners in all phases of litigation relating to both public and private projects. Adam also has broad litigation experience and handles disputes concerning breach of contract actions, trusts and estates litigation, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, and Article 78 proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked at a prominent New York law firm representing investors, financial institutions, and servicers in contested foreclosure litigation in state and federal courts.
Adam received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany in 2007. He later attended Albany Law School of Union University where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2011.
