Biography
Christian Podest is an associate working in Rogers, Habas & Eisen, P.C.'s commercial litigation group and has been with the firm since 2019. Christian graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, cum laude, on the school's civil litigation and dispute resolution tract. During his time at Pace, he was an associate on a journal focusing on various intellectual property, sports, and entertainment law-related topics, and undertook clinical work mediating in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Christian is also a graduate of Siena College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Computer Science and a Certificate in Interdisciplinary Research Methods.
