Jillian B. O’Hagan

Jillian B. O’Hagan is an associate working in Rogers, Habas & Eisen, P.C.’s commercial and construction litigation group and has been with the firm since 2023. In that role, Jillian works with general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and owners on private and public construction projects. Jillian aids in a variety of litigated disputes, including collection matters and business disputes. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jillian worked on a variety of estate planning matters. 

Jillian is also a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. During her time at St. John’s, she was a mentor for first year law students and a member of the Journal for Civil Rights and Economic Development. Jillian is also a graduate of Boston College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Human Development.
