Biography
Victoria Shade focuses her practice in the areas of wills, trusts, probate and elder law. Ms. Shade has a wide breadth of experience, ranging from corporate compliance at major international financial institutions, such as Merrill Lynch/Bank of America and MetLife, to practicing personal injury protection as both claimant attorney, representing physicians, and defense attorney, representing a major New Jersey insurance carrier for several years. After taking time away from her law career to focus on her young family, Ms. Shade joined Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, as an elder law attorney.
Ms. Shade is a graduate of New York University, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, with a minor in Philosophy. Ms. Shade is also a graduate of Hofstra Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Shade is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
